Service as It Should Be

Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Mostly all products are shipped within 2 days

Estimated shipping times

North America: 7-8 business days
Europe: 2-5 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

And shipping overages are always refunded in case the store calculator over charges you on shipping.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns and refund

It is not preferable to return skincare items because of hygiene reasons but contact me within 5 days if you have any problem and I will try to fix it.
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
